The view from the room was out of this world, overlooking the nyc skyline! staff were super friendly and caring. Only downside was no early breakfast. 😔

I thoroughly enjoyed the modern design and comfy bed with lovely Manhattan views. The location was great, a short walk to Javits and Times Square. Although lacking in room amenities and dining options, the welcoming staff and safety made up for it. I hope they improve on their food and beverage choices.

The hotel was fancy and fairly clean inside, I loved it. I had a really really nice stay.

It has exceptional location and staff for a such wonderful stay for the price. It is set in an industrialised area, walk from a museum and a theatre.

Had such a BLAST exploring NYC from the hotel's central location to all the main sites. Room was spacious but photos make it look better. Would stay again for the location!

It is contemporary place to stay, the food is good, and location is brilliant next to a nightclub on the side.

The rooftop view was absolutely stunning and totally worth the extra bucks for a higher floor room – waking up to that view every morning was just magical. The staff were super friendly, always cracking jokes and making us feel at home. The only bummer was that the rooftop bar was off-limits for us hotel guests due to a private event, but overall, it didn't dampen the amazing experience. Cheers to still giving the trip a thumbs up! 🌆

A perfect stay at Ink48 in Hells Kitchen! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view. Parking was easy, and the chic vibe was just my style. Some staff were more helpful than others, but Penelope and Sarah at the front desk made me feel welcome. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, I loved its excellent staff and rooms. The rooms are brand-new with a bathtub and the overall experience is very relaxing.

The staff and food were good, we appreciated this cool hotel. Though the view was great, we had spacious bedroom. The in-house restaurant was excellent with lots of meals in the menu. It was a really nice stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Despite minor noise and cleanliness issues, the city views from my room were breathtaking. Convenient location for exploring Manhattan and the staff, especially Ms. Carylynn Lynn Ramos, were exceptional. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had paid for a room between the 5th and 15th floor but we were on the 4th floor.

I truly enjoyed the place, its lovely rooms and drinks.

The upgrade to a huge room with a bathtub and dog-friendly policy made our stay special. The rooftop bar and beautiful view of the river were fantastic and just what we needed after a long day exploring the city. Bed and pillows were comfy, and the staff was super courteous. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could be improved a bit, but it didn't ruin our overall positive experience. 🐶

All in all a hip new hotel and very nice stay. Outstanding staff, healthy breakfast, well-designed room. The venue had a great bar and a good restaurant.

staff of the hotel is really top-notch, friendly and always available whether it is at the reception, porter, chambermaids... There was a little attention in our room for my birthday, appreciated! clean hotel. liettery is very good. rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the city, makes up for the host's off-center location (and being in a less crowded area is good! Having bikes at your disposal is really great, especially with the Hudson River ride right next to the hotel, is very easy to ride up to Central Park in complete safety. coffee offered in the morning and wine in the evening is nice too.... restaurant is delicious (a little expensive on the other hand). check-in and check-out is very fast! products offered in the bathroom are top too. If there is anything missing, hotel has a whole range of things available (check their website for the complete list).... human-sized hotel where you feel good.

neighborhood is a bit off-center (but compensated by the magnificent view from the room on the Hudson and city and especially by the view on the Rooftop). Our room had a nightclub on the roof just across the street so it was very noisy on Saturday night, we noticed it, hotel found a solution that we appreciated!

The decoration of the hotel was charming and made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility with easy navigation and conveniently located amenities, making it comfortable for me to move around and enjoy my stay.

I would ask for better accessibility features for senior people, such as clearer signage and more attentive assistance from the children of the staff.

The view was superb. Large family room with a large bathroom. Bathrobe, slippers, products... Following our sound problems,. good reaction from them.

Unfortunately, we could not sleep until 4 am. There is a bar/restaurant/nightclub at the bottom of the hotel with a Rooftop that is allowed to play music in the summer until 4 am. Our room being. very glassed in, there was no soundproofing. Unbelievable noise. Moreover, New York is a very noisy city (siren,. horn..) but hey, we would have accepted that. We asked to change room, even on the side of the hotel but the family rooms (two beds) are all on the same side. We thus asked. to cancel our reservation, after having paid the last night, thing. which they accepted without problem because not surprised by our remark... This hotel is on the other hand rather dark at the lighting level.

The Ink 48 Hotel's room was spacious and well-appointed, though the disappointing street-level "City View" detracted from the experience. The friendly staff tried to help despite policy limitations. The location was convenient for driving and walking to attractions, offering a quiet stay with stunning Hudson River views.

rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are pleasant and bed is very comfortable. hot drinks offered free of charge in the morning are very welcome.

A porter from time to time when you arrive at the hotel with your arms full or with your luggage, as well as a baggage handler to drop off your luggage would be a valuable service. Noise, beyond the hotel's control, due to construction work just across the street from the hotel.

The attention at the reception was excellent. Mostafa consented to all our requests. He was very good and gave us an extra fee for our stay

It's noisy in the area

We recently stayed at a hotel near some great eat out spots, perfect for exploring Midtown. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice big shower and good water pressure. The rooftop cantina next door was a favorite, and the location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions without having to rely on cabs or public transportation. The staff, particularly the guard and luggage keeper, were very nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

We hit up the arts complex and caught amazing live performances and laughed our heads off at the comedy show. Plus, the fitness center was lit, and we worked out like champs. The deep soaking tubs were a vibe for recharging after our adventures!

They could crank up the fun factor by organizing more young and lively events for party people like us.

Convenient location in Midtown with friendly and helpful staff. The Hudson Suite was spacious with breathtaking views of the river and Intrepid Museum. Housekeeping was efficient and room was spotless. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes. Decent gym available for guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the location is perfect - just near the city but away from the hustle and bustle. And the view of the skyline from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The funky and friendly atmosphere in the hotel added a fun touch to the whole experience. Not to mention, the private terrace in the room was pretty awesome. I loved waking up to amazing views over NYC. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus, with so many delicious options around town.

We appreciated the full-length mirror and the AC kept our room cool. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and the complementary wine hour and coffee in the morning were a nice touch. the restaurant on the property, Print, offered the best food we had in the city. a perfect stay!

Spacious rooms, clean, and trendy decor. Amazing rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Great value for money. Close to attractions like the Highline and Hudson Yards. Chelsea Waterside Park has a water-filled playground for kids and a dog run for furry friends.

Clearly, they have a thing for fonts, but guess what? They don't have a mini bar!
